You will also receive an e-mail message containing a link to the Site Management System, confirmation of your login ID and password and a temporary link to your new site. These will allow you to start building your site immediately and to see it live even before your new web address is working.
The first available domain name in the list you give on the form will be registered linked to your new site. When it goes live (usually within 12-24 hours), you will be sent a confirming e-mail. You will also receive an email invoice for the £200 setup charge, but you incur no obligation by setting up a site (see the terms of the package at the bottom of this page).
The terms of the package
The £200 setup charge (less any discount negotiated with your LMC) covers three months* site hosting with telephone and email support. The following services are available once the charge has been paid:
- Creation of a practice logo to replace the name in the top right-hand corner
- Creation of a replacement photo-montage for the banner using your own photographs
- Colour and style changes
- Removal and addition of links to outside sites
- A half-day visit and digital photographic session for practices within 30 miles of Derby (a time-and-travel charge of £1 per additional mile will apply to other practices)
* This period will be extended if we fail to deliver all these services within three months.
Sites4Professionals welcomes requests and suggestions for improvements and additions to the package. These are implemented at no extra charge if they are likely to benefit more than one customer.
However, you incur no obligation in returning this form. You are free to experiment with the system and to use the support links and the telephone support service for as long as you wish. If you then decide not to proceed, simply ignore your invoice (see final paragraph).
At the end of the initial three-month period (see footnote above), you will be sent an e-mail invoice for a full year's hosting and support charge of £250.
If you decide to cancel at any time after you have paid the set-up charge and/or any hosting and support charges, you can do so simply by leaving your next invoice unpaid. Your site will be replaced with a simple page stating that it is no longer available, but it will be retained on our system for six months in case you are simply late with your payment or change your mind. In this case your domain-name can be released for a charge of £25. However, if you cancel while your account is in order, your domain name can be released for £15 and you will be helped to retrieve your site content so that you can move it to a different hosting service.
