| Two new optional buttons have been added to all customer websites. ’Latest updates’ displays a list of links to the fifty most recently created or updated pages on the site, in date order, newest first. ’Pages A-Z’ does the same for all your pages in alphabetical order by title. If you haven’t given some pages titles, this is easily done in the page editing form. Both pages operate automatically, requiring no input from editors, and may be switched on or off as required in the same way as the other optional site facilities - just click the ’Yes’ or ’No’ buttons in the Site Management System’s ’Edit site details’ form. They are currently switched on in all sites. If your site does not have many pages, or if you have used your folders’ introductory text instead of creating folder home pages, you may wish not to display the new buttons. However, if you have used introductory text, it is quite easy to copy and paste the content into new pages and set them as folder home pages. If you have any problems with any of this, please phone for a ’talk-through’. |
