| We’ve been making some changes to a client site recently, and the client isn’t seeing them straight away. This doesn’t make the dialogue easy, as you can imagine! If you are using Internet Explorer (as I’m sure you are), try this: On the Tools menu select Internet Options. On the General tab click the Settings button for Browsing History. Under ‘Check for newer versions of stored page’, I have ‘Automatically’ checked and it works fine. If you try this and it still doesn’t show you the newest versions, try ‘Every time I visit the web page’. If this doesn’t work, you need to talk to your PCT IT bods. Mention ‘proxy server’ – see if they know what you’re talking about! |
