| Thanks to Anna Benner at Derby Road Health Centre for discovering that the survey form was still not working correctly when certain questions were left unanswered. This has now been dealt with by including a Not Answered button in all questions where this applies, and having the button selected automatically until another is clicked. Anna also pointed out that the wording of the form, and the inclusion of a GP’s name, were based on the assumption that the patient is completing the survey on the same day as a visit to the practice. This has been corrected. We hope all this is acceptable to every practice using the survey. If you have any problems, please let us know. |
